Refund policy

Returns

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if the product you received is damaged, defective, leaking, expired, or not the item you ordered.

To request a return, call or WhatsApp +91 96940 07805 or email ayurvedpoweronline@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. An unboxing video is recommended.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. As our products are Ayurvedic consumables and personal-care items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for products that have been opened and used.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, the refund is processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is sent to a bank account or UPI ID shared by you. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
