1. Returns Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse or opened cannot be returned.

2. Non-returnable Items

• Opened or used bottles (Juices, Capsules, Syrups, etc.)
• Personal care items once used or opened
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
